Notice is hereby given of the Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the National Herd Improvement Association of Australia Inc. which will be held on Wednesday 9th August 2023.
NHIA will be providing further notice and details of the meeting in due course but at this time would like members to diarise the date, Wednesday 9th August 2023.
Call for 2023 Annual General Meeting Agenda Items
Members are invited to submit Agenda items in advance for the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 9th August 2023. Any member wishing to submit such items is invited to do so to Sara Merckel [email protected] before Monday 17th July 2023.
Please note that the Association rules state that Ordinary business items on the AGM Agenda require a simple majority of those authorised votes that are exercised at the meeting.
Special business items that would require an alteration to the Rules would require the vote of at least three-quarters (75%) of the authorised votes that are exercised at the Annual General Meeting.
